The central cooperative Cocla comprises 21 partner cooperatives, totaling 1183 producers. Located in the southern part of Peru, in the Department of Cusco, near Machupicchu, it was established in 1967, making it one of the pioneering cooperatives in Peru. Cocla boasts a technical department ensuring production management adheres to organic and Fairtrade standards. Additionally, they operate a quality control laboratory responsible for evaluating the quality of all coffees collected from their partners.
