Jinotega is located in the north of Managua and it is known as the coffee capital of Nicaragua. Over 250.000 people live in Jinotega. For more than 100 years the Rizo Family is producing specialty coffee. Rehm & Co. established a very long term and reliable relationship to Eduardo Rizo, the owner of Finca San Ramon. Finca San Ramon is also producing the AAA (Screen 19) and Maragogype qualities.
