For about 30 years, the owner Marcel Crisanto Gomez and his family have been operating the farm. It is a small farm but well preserved and with a lot of water. The owner has implemented good agricolar practices to preserve the ecosystem. The farm has a total area of 7 Manzanas (1 Manzana is aprox. 1.74 acres. On 6 Manzanas they grow Caturra, Catuai Rojo, Catimor, Pacamara below shade provided by pine trees, bucaro (a native citrus tree), banana, and guava.
