The owner Carlos Bautista bought the farm in 2012. It is located near one of the highest
point in Nicaragua the “Cerro Mogoton”, which make it ideal to grow coffee due to its
climate. The farm has a total area of 7 Manzanas (1 Manzana is aprox. 1.74 acres) on 5
Manzanas they grow Catuai Rojo, Parainema and Caturra below shade provided by Pine
trees, Orange and Guava trees.
