In 2008, the owner Henry Alexander Marin inherited the farm. It is located in a well know
area in the Mozonte mountains, benefitting from a micro-climate that is influenced by
good and plenty of water, sun, clouds, clean air and forests. This predestines this area for
the production of excellent coffee. The farm has a total area of 5 Manzanas (1 Manzana
is aprox. 1.74 acres), on which they grow Catuai Amarillo, Catuai rojo and Caturra below
shade provided by Pine trees, Orange, and Guava trees.
