This natural anerobic processed coffee El Pinabete is produced in the Nueva Segovia (Mozonte) region at high altitude on aprox. 1450 m.a.s.l. It has breath-taking scenic views and incredible ecosystem that make the coffee really special. The altitude and unique ecosystem, along with the farm’s good agricultural practices, contribute to the complex and rich flavors of our coffee, which make it truly unique.
