In 2000, the owner Mario Jose Ortez bought the farm.

The area where the farm is located is called Bayuncun, San Fernando.
It is very difficult to access the farm due to rough roads but this is compensated by marvellous views up in the mountains.

The owner has implemented good agricultural practices to preserve the ecosystem.

The farm has a total area of 12 Manzanas (1 Manzana is aprox. 1.74 acres).

On 10 Manzanas they grow Java, Parainema, Catuai rojo and Caturra below shade provided by Pine, Banana, Orange and Guava trees.
