The finca is a small, family-run business located in the highlands of Mozonte, northern Nicaragua. Located at an average altitude of 1,580 m.a.s.l. the farm benefits from a breathtaking natural setting and a rich, biodiverse ecosystem. These unique conditions – combined with careful, sustainable farming practices – create the foundation for coffees with exceptional character and complexity.
On just 5.74 hectares, of which 3.64 are under coffee cultivation, producer Heydi Magaly Gómez Rivera and her team cultivate a selection of high-quality varieties including Red and Yellow Catuai, Caturra, and Parainema. This Mogotón lot, grown on a dedicated 1.48-hectare plot and processed using the washed method, expresses delicate floral and citrus notes, a creamy body, and a distinct honey-like sweetness.
Every step at the Finca – from planting to harvesting to processing – is carried out with great attention to detail and respect for the land. The result is a coffee that not only reflects the terroir of Mozonte but also the dedication and passion of the people behind it.
