In 2010 the current owner Juan Carlos Ortez Moreno bought the farm. He is building a new house for the workers as well as a new wet mill. The farm has a total area of 10 Manzanas (1 Manzana is aprox. 1.74 acres) on which they grow Catuai Rojo and Paraneima below shade provided by Pine trees, Orange and Guava trees.
