Agua Sarca is the heritage of 3 generations of Nicaraguan coff ee producers. The farm, located in Dipilto, is bordering a river and mountains creating a micro-climate with an important impact on the quality of the coff ee. The farm size is 20 hectares including a natural reserve with its own wildlife. In the last three years, the owner has been working hand in hand with an agro-engineerwith a view towards increasing the quality of the cherries (experimentation with new varieties as well as with longer fermentation periods). In 2020 Agua Sarca has achieved the 17th place in the renowned Cup of Excellence competition of Nicaragua.
