This coffee comes from Kebele (district & smallest administrative unit in ethiopia) Aricha, located in the Yirgacheffe region. As many coffees from Ethiopia, it’s a slightly floral and juicy coffee. As coffee is the primary industry in Ethiopia, It‘s the major source of income for many of smallholder farmers in the region. The coffee grows at an altitude of aprox. 1950 – 2300 masl and the harvest season runs from October-January. Aprox. 800 farmers working in the surrounding areas.
