This coffee is produced by various smallholder farmers in the Gedeb woreda (municipalities/districts), which is located in the Gedeo Zone, in the south of the Yirgacheffe coffee region. Gedeb, about 370 away from Addis Abeba, is just one of the many woredas that lies in southwest ethiopia. This coffee has an outstanding cup profile, which is typical for this region. a fruity coffee with a citrus acidity combined with a light body. sweet dried fruit and blueberry flavor and a clean finaish with floral Jasmin notes.
