This washed Heirloom comes from Shakiso Washing station; located in the Guji zone close to Shakiso town.
The Manager Abder Malik Keder is currently responsible for 180 drying beds and 13 tanks, on an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level.
Aprox. 5000 kg green coffee is prepared per hour in this washing station.
The result is a sweet coffee with a bright and citric acidity, flavors of cane sugar, jasmine and raspberry, with a medium body.
