Finca el Limo is located in Metapán, Santa Ana in the Alotepec-Metapan Mountain Range. The farm has a size of 7 hectare. The coffee is fully washed and is dried on raised beds. The farm is owned by Mr. Oscar Figueroa. The growing condition of clay soil and limestone makes a great environment for Pacamara to grow expressing complex flavours and aromas. Pacamara is a hybrid that was created in El Salvador 1958. It’s a cross between Pacas and Maragoype. Final processing and export will take place via El Borbollon.
