Finca el Cerro, is the heritage of 5 generations of Salvadorean coffee producers, coffee growing has been in their family for over 150 years. Located in the Apaneca llamatepec mountain range, the farm is at ideal altitude for producing specialty coffee. fernando escobar, the owner of finca el cerro, prepared a special Natural processed Pacamara called Doña patricia, to honour his mother. Her family has been involved in coffee for over five decades, but she is also a second-generation sculptor, with a passion for art and was the person that keep the farm going during the difficult early 2000s before her son took over. To honour her, this lot is especially named after her.
