Finca El Cerro, is the heritage of 5 generations of Salvadorean coffee producers, coffee growing has been in their family for over 150 years. Located in the Apaneca llamatepec mountain range, the farm is at ideal altitude for producing specialty coffee. Since 2016 Finca El Cerro processes their coffee in their own small eco-friendly coffee mill where. This year Fernando Leto Escobar, the owner of Finca El Cerro, prepared a special washed Pacamara called Don Fernando Sr., to honour his dad, who grew up on the family owned coffee farm.
