Finca el Cerro, is the heritage of five generations of
Salvadorean coffee producers. The production of coffee
has been in their family for over 150 years. Located at the
altitude of 1400-1500 mts in the Apaneca Llamatepec Mountain
Range, the farm is at an ideal altitude for producing
specialty coffee. The special micro climate and the local
forest that covers part of the property contribute to
a great cup. In 2016 the family decided to process their
own coffee and now own a small, eco-friendly, wet coffee
mill. At Finca El Cerro coffee is a passion, not only
growing it, but also processing, cupping and brewing it.
