This farm has an extension of 10ha on which the producer, Yeisson Calderon is dedicated to producing coffee for his dad’s legacy and he has spent more than 12 years producing special coffees and offering free teachings for other producers in the area. Throughout the years, he has also been able to cultivate more than 20 varieties of coffee. While he has lived in Bogota for 8 years with all the difficulties that the city brings he made the decision to return to the countryside and work on something that really excites him, in this case coffee. We have washed coffee, honey and natural processed, with just a few hours of fermentation, as well as with more than 200 hours of fermentation. Our natural stands out with intense fruity notes of grapes and cherries and is rounded up by a complex sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.
