this natural processed coffee is produced by our long-term partner CAfe granja La esperanza, at finca potosi, a farm located at an altitude of aprox. 1400 – 2000 meters above sea level. this Coffee is left for about 48 hours in silo (temperature aprox. of 35°degrees), it is then pass to solar dry for about 15 days.
