Finca Mazatlan
washed
Grown in the volcanic soils of Quindío, this washed Caturra from producer Jairo Arcila reflects both precision and sustainability in every step. After careful handpicking of only fully ripe cherries, the coffee undergoes a controlled 30-hour underwater fermentation at La Pradera processing center. This method enhances sweetness, structure, and clarity while preserving the coffee’s bright, elegant character.
The washed process is carried out with a sustainable water system, where all water is recycled and naturally filtered through vetiver grass beds – ensuring a minimal environmental impact. The result is a clean and refined cup with layered sweetness and fruit-forward notes.
