The Rodriguez Ospina family, constitutes the third generation of coffee producers in their region. Their grandfather initiated coffee cultivation in the area eight decades ago, and upon his passing, the land was passed down to the parents.

To produce this coffee, the cherry is harvested ripe and fermented for 48 hours. After this fermentation, it is pulped and fermented in aerobic tanks for an additional 64 hours. Then, the coffee is washed and dried in the sun, on patios or marquesinas for 7 to 10 days approximately.
