Excelso Huila Rafael

Huila is located south of the Colombian Andes and features a variety of landscapes with different climates depending on the alitute. Soil and temperature conditions here mean that the coffee growing season last all year and this is reflected in the numbers: Huila has the highest coffee production yield in the whole country. Coffees from Huila region is one of the most recognized regional coffees of Colombia. This coffee is 100% fully washed Arabica and it’s mostly contents Castillo and Caturra varieties. The harvesting period is from September until Dezember. Harvesting, pulping, wet milling and sun drying is all hand made and wet coffee is delivered to the mill in San Juan de Pasto.
