This coffee comes from the Mogiana region in the state of São Paulo, one of Brazil’s most traditional and consistent coffee-growing areas. With elevations ranging from 900 to 1,100 masl, the region is known for its rich red soils and favorable climate, contributing to reliable quality and smooth cup profiles.

The beans are processed using the natural method, enhancing sweetness and body, and then carefully sorted by screen size (17/18) for uniformity. Classified as Fine Cup (FC), this designation indicates a clean cup with good sweetness and balance. A solid, dependable Brazilian offering that combines regional character with consistent performance — ideal for a wide range of roasting needs.
