Bella Giana was born under the requirement to offer an alternative high – quality Brazilian coffee, with the district characteristics such as 100% traceability,
premium growing region and superior cupping quality.

After long and detailed analisys of the green coffee and comparative cupping sessions, we identified the ideal coffee from our long lasting partner, Cooperative Guaxupé.

In order to define the exclusivity we have registered this new product under the brand name “Bella Giana”, a dame referring to the origins of this coffee, Mogiana.
The individual fazendas are located in São Sebastião da Grama, São José do Rio Pardo, Pirassununga, Mococa, Franca und Batatais.

This specialty coffee gives the most demanding roaster access to one of Brazil’ s finest coffees, with delightful smoothness and unusual sweetness in the cup.

Minas Gerais: the state with the largest coffee production, divided into Southwest, Central-Western, Southeast. Only produces Arabica. Main export port of Santos in the state of São Paulo.

Espirito Santo: the state with the second largest coffee production; largest Robusta production in Brazil; 70% Robusta and 30% Arabica; Main export ports: Vitoria in the state of Espirito Santo, Salvador de Bahia in the state of Bahia.

São Paulo: the state with the third largest coffee production. Only produces Arabica; Main export port: Santos in the state of São Paulo.

Parana: one of the states with the lowest production (approx. 2%)
