Since 1964 Mr. Osvaldo is the responsible for the property, splitting this job with his son, also called Osvaldo, and teaching his teenage grandson how to be a farmer. Even though the farm is pretty mountainous and in high altitude, they had to mechanize the harvest in 95%. The machines are selective and they collect only ripe fruits, leaving the green ones a bit more to be ready. 9 employees work all year round and another 15 are hired during harvesting time.
