Fazenda Passeio is located in a privileged zone for production of fine coffees, in Sul de Minas. Surrounded by native forest and many water springs, the farm can produce excellent coffees. The coffee is grown between 1100 and 1200 m.a.s.l. in a mountain area with very high soil fertility. They have specialized in coffee production for three generations, during which all the steps of production were constantly improved. Respecting the environment is a major concern for the farm, as well as maintaining positive relationships with the collaborators who live on the farm and receive all the needed support, such as schooling for their children.

São Paulo: the state with the third largest coffee production. Only produces Arabica; Main export port: Santos in the state of São Paulo.

Parana: one of the states with the lowest production (approx. 2%)
