Fazenda Passeio is located in a privileged zone for production of fine coffees, in Sul de Minas. The coffee are grown between 1100 and 1200 meters on a mountain area with very high soil fertility. Surrounded by native forest and many water springs, the farm can produce excellent coffees. They are specialized in coffee production for 3 generations, during which all the steps of production were constantly improved. Respect the environment is a major concern for the farm, also the relationship with the collaborators who live in the farm and get all needed support (i.e. schooling their children).

Espirito Santo: the state with the second largest coffee production; largest Robusta production in Brazil; 70% Robusta and 30% Arabica; Main export ports: Vitoria in the state of Espirito Santo, Salvador de Bahia in the state of Bahia.

São Paulo: the state with the third largest coffee production. Only produces Arabica; Main export port: Santos in the state of São Paulo.

Parana: one of the states with the lowest production (approx. 2%)
